Based on official information, the anime Attack on Titan season 3 will create the anime from 10 volume manga Attack on Titan.

Will Be More Than 12 Episodes
Most likely Attack on Titan season 3 will be more than 12 episodes . Though in season 2 we only get 12 episodes but in season 3 i'm sure will be more than 12 episodes. May be you are wonder,how can it will be more than 12 episodes? . According official teaser of AoT  season 3 will be adapted from manga volume 13 until 22 .

At volume 18 you will know Eren's father's past named Grisha Yaeger which he is actually an Eldian from outside the wall,how he can get inside the wall , and the people who connect with him to how he met and married Eren.

The Biggest Titan

At season 3 you will see the biggest titan . The titan's body is very hot.  Even when near the forest all the trees is burned . This titan is a form of titan from Historias' father, he is Rod Reiss.

New Colossal Titant

maybe Bertholdt Hoover is eaten by Armin ,then the colossal strength of the titan will also move into Armin Arlert. This Arc will also be very sad where there are differences of opinion on Scouting Legion,whic resulted in the  killing one of the important figures in the Scouting Legion, He is Erwin Smith.
